- Solicitation Number: Notice Type: FA4855-09-R-0006 Solicitation This is a solicitation notice for Packing and Crating Services at Cannon AFB, NM. Solicitation FA4855-09-R-0006. Services include but are not limited to movement or drayage of personal property, to include packing and crating. The contractor shall furnish adequate supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all the services contemplated under this contract. FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. A firm-fixed price Requirements type contract will result from this solicitation with multiple awards possible. Award selection will be based on Performance Price Tradeoff procedures with Price and Past Performance being considered equally. The performance period will be for a base year with an anticipated start date of 01 Jan 09, and 4 one-year option periods beginning 1 Jan 10 - 31 Dec 14. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488991. The small business size standard is $25.5 million. Recent and relevant past performance will be evaluated. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be 18 Dec 2008 at 3:00 MST. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, a firm MUST be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
