- SYNOPSIS Design and Construct Afghan National Army (ANA) Kandak Qala-e-Naw, Badghis Province, Afghanistan The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Afghanistan District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, Medium MATOC, for the design/construction of a 650 personnel Installation located in the City of Qala-e-Naw, Badghis Province, Afghanistan. The applicable NAICS code is 236220. The magnitude of this requirement is over $10,000,000.00. Options may or may not be exercised at the time of award and will be at the discretion of the Government. The Government shall award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements.
