Description

General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, has a requirement for Operations and Maintenance Services at thefollowing locations: Old Federal Building Federal Building/US Courthouse 605 W. 4th Avenue222 West 7th Avenue Anchorage, Alaska 99513 Anchorage, Alaska 99513 The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to assure effective performance of services. These buildings are open 5 days a week and has a combined square footage of 746,923 SF. GSA intends to establish an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery, firm-fixed, performance-based contract which consists of a 3-year base period, two 3-year option periods, and a final 1-year option period, a total of 10 years. The start date of the contract is June 1, 2009. The anticipated award date is on or about March 1, 2009. This acquisition is being considered for a HUB Zone set-aside. If your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information via email to the Contracting Officer no later than December 5, 2008. 1. SBA certification of HUBZone eligibility 2. Capability statement for your firm. Based on the responses, the Contracting Officer will make a determination whether or not to make this a HUBZone se-aside. If there is not a reasonable expectation of adequate competition as a HUBZone set-aside, the acquisition will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor www.fedbizopps.gov for the release of the solicitation, and amendments or other information. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
