This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice for this acquisition. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is for brand named supplies and parts for the WATERS Acquity Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatorgaphy system which aids in distinctive biomarkers associated with a person's level of fitness. The intended sole source is WATERS Corporation, WATERS Acquity Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatorgaphy System, for proprietary supplies and parts. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-29 (effective November 14, 2008) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20081124. FAR 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. WAWF procedures also apply. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies. Technical capability will be evaluated by how well the proposed product meet the government requirement instead of predetermined sub-factors. Evaluation Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offeror who has the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The delivery date of these items is 2 weeks after receipt of Order (WARO), FOB Destination, Brooks City-Base, TX. The NAICS Code is 334516, the size standard is 500 employees.
