- This Amendment adds the following: Issue Date on or about: 10/24/2008; Response Date: 12/11/2008 Remainder of solicitation is unchanged. Construct a new three-story replacement Medical/Dental Clinic totaling approximate 171,000 square feet, and incidental related work. The project also consists of demolition of the existing composite medical facility and dental clinic located on Tinker Air Force Base. The new facility will have a special pier and reinforced concrete foundation, reinforced concrete and steel frame, and an exterior compatible with base architectural standards. The project will provide outpatient primary and selected specialty care clinics. ancillary departments, medical logistics and administrative space. Also construct an administrative medical reserve space. Supporting facilities will include site work, access road and parking. The new facilities will be designed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-510-01 (Military Handbook 1191). DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings UFC 4-010-01, and American with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADA/ABAAG). Operations and maintenance manuals and Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) will be provided. Project has been designed to be capable of obtaining LEED Silver in accordance with the USGBC LEED for New Construction V. 2.2. All technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Business Opportunities website.
