- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source delivery order to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems, P.O. Box 1488, Annapolis, MD 21404 under current Basic Ordering Agreement, N00024-07-G-6226. The order is for the ASDS Rudder System Redesign Field Change to correct identified reliability issues into a ready for installation field change kit. The period of performance for this delivery order will be approximately six to seven months after delivery order execution. Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems is the only known company which currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the ASDS equipment required to perform the work under orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
