Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, equipment, supervision & materials necessary to complete the Installation of Energy efficient Variable Frequency Drives(VFDs) for Five (5) Cooling Towers and Six (6) Pumps, per Scope of Work, located at the Howard H. Baker U. S. Courthouse in Knoxville, Tennessee. This will be considered the Base Bid and a total of Eleven (11) VFDs are required to be installed. VFD must be compatible with the Johnson Control N2 System. A Site Visit, to allow all interested Offerors the opportunity to review the Site Locations & to understand the full Scope of Work, will be conducted on December 11, 2008 @ 2:00p.m. EST. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
