- Military Sealift Command 914 Charles Morris CT, SE Washington Navy Yard, DC 20398 The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires lubricants and related engineering support services for the MSC Lube Oil Program, to include the delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by this contract. The Contractor shall provide products and services, on a worldwide basis, for MSC ships and any other Government-owned or Government-chartered ships designated by MSC. Services under the scope of this contract include engineering support services (e.g. service calls and training), program management, and customer support. The solicitation resulting from this notice will be available on or about 19 December 2008. Once the solicitiation is posted it will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov and www.msc.navy.mil. When accessing the solicitation through the MSC website, click on Contracts, click on Request for Proposals / Quotations, search by solicitation number, N00033-09-R-8002, and follow the downloading instructions. All responsible sources shall submit a proposal which shall be considered by MSC.
