- The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN is soliciting proposals for primary care and mental health services for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Jonesboro, Arkansas area to provide services for beneficiaries of the VA. Anticipated period of performance is March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010 with four, one-year option renewal periods, to be renewed at the Government's discretion. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 621498 applies to this procurement. This solicitation package will be posted on or about December 3, 2008. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
