This requirement is for engineering services for the study, planning and development of recommendations for those actions necessary in the creation of a depot level repair and overhaul capability for selected Apache Longbow (AH-64D) airframe unique Depot Level Repairables (DLR, or Secondary Components). This studies effort includes requirement for the contractor to develop individual component transition planning, scheduling, and estimating of fiscal resource investment requirements of the Government. This study is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, CAGE Code 8V613. Any other firm will have to provide sufficient documentation to prove that they have meet or have all these requirements. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitations must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date is an estimate only and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation.
