- This acquisition action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The appropriate NAICS code for this acquisition is 811212 and the corresponding small business size standard is $23 million. This acquisition is action is being conducted using a combination of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Period of performance is for 120 days commencing upon date of contract award. No option periods are available. The Defense Logistics Agency, Contracting Services Office-Battle Creek has a non-personal maintenance services requirement for Hewlett-Packard Model ML350 G4 servers located at the following sites: One server at each of the following locations: Crane, IN, Columbus, OH, Colorado Springs, CO, Camp Lejeune, NC, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, Ft. Meade, MD, Ft. Bragg, NC, Ft. Riley, KS, French Camp, CA, Ft. Lewis, WA, Huntsville, AL, Robbins AFB, GA, Mechanicsburg, PA, Kittery, ME, Portsmouth, VA, Anniston, AL, Richmond, VA, San Diego, CA, Ft. Sam Houston, TX, Tucson, AZ, Texarkana, TX, Eglin AFB, FL and Battle Creek, MI. Two each servers at the following locations: Jacksonville, FL, Ogden, UT, Oklahoma City, OK and Norfolk, VA. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B is at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. To be technically acceptable, each offeror must be an authorized Hewlett-Packard reseller of maintenance services. Please submit a copy of your Hewlett-Packard authorization letter with your quotation. Offerors who are not authorized by Hewlett-Packard to perform maintenance services on Hewlett-Packard equipment will be determined to be technically unacceptable and therefore ineligible for award. One award will be made. The evaluation factor for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The awardee is required to comply with all host installation security requirements. Questions regarding this acquisition must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer and received no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday, December 8, 2008.
