- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Idaho Bureau of Criminal Identification, for the continued computer network access to the Idaho Public Safety and Security Information System (ILETS) to obtain local, state, and federal law enforcement information, including NCIC for FBI Field Offices and Resident Agencies located in the State of Idaho. The contract will be negotiated for the current year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. If any interested party would like to be considered for award, please submit a written statement indicating your interest by 3:00 pm on December 5, 2008 to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Information Technology Contracts Unit, Attention: Barbara A.
