- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Emageon-Camtronics. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Emageon-Camtronics for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for an Cardiovascular system, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Harry S.
