- This amendment is issued to change a technical requirement in synopsis N00178-09-Q-3932 and to extend the closing date. 1) Technical requirement #2 in the synopsis is changed as follows: the device is required to cover a minimum frequency range from 850 MHz through 1.0 GHz. 2) The closing date of the synopsis is changed to 10 December 2008.
