- The work under this project consists of performing road maintenance (blading, shaping, watering and compacting, supply and spreading of gravel, furnishing and installing dust control road stabilization chemicals and furnishing CMP culverts as directed) on approximately 35.89 miles of road owned by the Bureau of Reclamation around Belle Fourche Reservoir. The reservoir is located approximately 8.5 miles east of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, in Butte County. This is anticipated to be awarded for a base year with 4 option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The estimated price range for this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity service requirement that may result in multiple awards. Task orders will be issued on an as-needed basis. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is set-aside 100% for small business. For this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System Code is 561210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $35.5 Million. The Solicitation is tentatively schedule to be available on or around December 18, 2008. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for January 13, 2009. A RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce, and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. 09SQ600069 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after December 18, 2008 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in CCR to be considered for award of a contract. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov.
