- The U.S. Department of Commerce, Marine Sanctuaries Division, in Silver Spring, MD intends award a Blanket Purchase Order for Dive Physical Support.. The Contractor shall work with the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to fulfill NOA-209-123 requirements for physical examinations as required; once every 5 years to age 49, once every 2 years from age 50 to 59; and annually at age 60 and older. The contractor shall use/complete examinations, tests, and forms as specified by NAO-209-123 NOAA Diving Program diving regulations. The NAO-209-123 NOAA Diving Program regulations can be found at http://www.ndc.noaa.gov/pdfs/nao-209-123.pdf. The contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, and personnel. Period of Performance will be approximately December 19 through is September 30, 2013. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 561499. Size standard not to exceed $6.5M. This service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Procedures. Interested parties can request a copy of the Request for Quotation on or about December 5, 2008. The Central Region Administrative Division (CRAD), The government requires that all contractors doing business with the government must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. The government now requires all contractors submit their Certification and Representation thru the on-line Business Partner Network (BPN).
