COMBAT SEARCH AND RESCUE-X AMENDMENT 043 (11 APR 08) Draft Request for Proposals RFP) Amendment 6 is posted for industry review and comment. CSAR-X offerors shall provide written comments/questions no later than 1700 EDT, 15 April 2008 to the Contracting Officer: Phillip Marcum, ASC/AEA, Bldg. 570, Room 113, 1175 Eleventh Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7404. COMBAT SEARCH AND RESCUE-X AMENDMENT 042 (16 NOV 07) Request for Proposals (RFP) Amendment 5 is posted in response to GAO Bid Protest Decision B299145.5 and B299145.6, dated 30 Aug 2007. CSAR-X offerors shall provide written updated proposals no later than 1500 EST, 07 January 2008 to the Contracting Officer: Phillip Marcum, ASC/AEA, Bldg. 570, Room 113, 1175 Eleventh Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7404. Offerors are reminded that changes to RFP Sections L and M are highlighted in yellow. COMBAT SEARCH AND RESCUE-X AMENDMENT 041 (23 OCT 07) DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP) Amendment 5 is posted for comment as corrective action in response to GAO Bid Protest Decision B299145.5 dated 30 Aug 2007. CSAR-X Offerors are to review DRAFT RFP Amendment 5 and shall provide written comments no later than 1600 EST, 30 Oct 2007 to the Contracting Officer: Phillip Marcum, ASC/AEA, Bldg. 570, Room 113, 1175 Eleventh Street, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7404. CSAR-X RFP Amendment 5 will allow the CSAR-X offerors to make changes to all price/cost and non-price/cost portions of their proposals. RFP Amendment 5 will incorporate the following changes to the CSAR-X RFP: 1) Conversion of priced contract options from date-based exercise to event-based exercise (see option Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) and provisions H001, ASC/LUK--H006, ASC/LUK--H007, and ASC/LUK--H008). 2) Incorporation of Title 10 U.S.C. Section 2366a Technology Maturity Certification requirements (see CLIN 0017AA and 0017AB; Section L paragraphs 3.2.1.17, 3.2.5.4.3, and 3.2.6.14; and Section M paragraphs 10.1.17 and 10.6.14). 3) Changes to dates within the RFP (e.g. IOC requirements). 4) Clarifications to RFP Sections L and M. 5) Miscellaneous administrative changes (such as names and addresses) 6) Incorporation of oral presentations. Offerors should note that changes to RFP Sections L and M are highlighted in yellow.
