- The work consists of shallow draft pipeline dredging of approximately 1,345,000 cubic yards of maintenance material. Open water placement areas and Beach Nourishment. Estimated completion time is 120 calendar days. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about 12 December 2008. The estimated cost range for this project is between $5 million and $10 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $20 million and will be advertised, UNRESTRICTED. After solicitation issuance, contractors may register to be placed on a plan holders list, view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments at the following internet addresses: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov/ Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the ASFI website daily (using the above links) for amendments to the solicitation.
