- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Gibson & Associates for Electrical Technical Representative Services pertaining to the electrical, electronics, control and monitoring systems for the Dredge Yaquina. The period of performance shall be from 1 January 2009 through 3 April 2009. All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work and contractor quote. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 541690 with a size standard of $7 million
