- solicitation N00421-09-T-0009 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 80 rooms, period of performance 13-14 January 2009 **CLIN 0002 80 rooms, period of performance 10-12 February 2009 **CLIN 0003 80 rooms, period of performance 21-23 April 2009. Award is expected 24 Dec 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 10 Dec 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government is to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
