- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, RABQ2090003 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2001-03. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 561510 and the business size maximum is $3.5 Million. The proposed contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All small business shall provide a breakdown of their costs to demonstrate that at least 51% of the costs of contract performance incurred for travel, supplies, training materials, etc. shall be performed and incurred by the small business (prime). All small businesses shall comply with FAR 51.229-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Government. This office is requesting quotes on the following items: 0001 Charter Tama, IA-stops in: Sioux City, Winnebago and Macy, Nebraska, 0002 Charter Keshena, Wisconsin, Stops in Minneapolis, Hayward, Ashland and Lac Du Flambeau; 0003 Charter Bismarck, North Dakota, Stops in Fort Thompson, Lower Brule, Pierre, Mobridge and McLaughlin, South Dakota and Fort Yates, North Dakota: 0004 Rapid city, South Dakota, Stops in Wagner, Mission and Rosebud, SD, 0005 Charter Wolf Point, Montana, Stops in Summit, Sisseton, Grand Forks, Fort Totten, Belcourt, Dunsieth and Poplar, Montana. 0006 Charter, Fort Washakie, Wyoming, Stops in: Kyle, Porcupine, Pine Ridge, Oglala, Ethete and Lander. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as is they were given in full text. Upon request, the CO will make their full text available.
