Description

The purpose of this amendment is to answer question from prospective offerors and to extend the period in which offerors may submit their SF-330. Question 1. Can a firm submit their proposal as a prime contractor and also be a subcontractor on another firms’ proposal. Answer 1. There are no limitations to prevent firms from being a prime and a subcontractor. The period in which firms can submit their SF-330 is extended to 9 January 2009, 4:00 pm local time.
