Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,790 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Nashville, Tennessee. Space must be located in the Central Business District of Nashville, TN within the following boundaries: North: Great Circle Road South: Dominican Drive East: Cumberland Bend West: Athens Way One covered parking space must be available for Government use. Access to public transportation should not exceed three blocks from the building entrance. Space must be located in a Class “A” environment, with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. The space must meet the Federal Government’s standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility, and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. Secure office space and facilities in an office building and altered to Government specifications are required. Narrow or oddly shaped configuration of space will not be considered, nor will space with column spacing less than 20 feet. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before May 1, 2010. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EST, December 22, 2008. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, and rentable square feet offered.
