- Linen Supply Service to include rental/cleaning/delivery at Richards Gebaur Commissary, 5615 KENSINGTON AVENUE, KANSAS CITY, MO, 64147. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of January 15, 2009 through December 31, 2009, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through December 31, 2013. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 18, 2008 and the anticipated closing date for this solicitation is January 2, 2009. The anticipated award date is January 10, 2009. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $14 million. This RFQ is available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: AMDS (Barbara VanDoren), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
