- RA08340001/IQC08340009027, ” Lock Assembly, Aircraft/U-2 SUPPORT EQUIPMENT. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four one- year options, This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 4920-00-911-3741, Lock Assembly, Aircraft. Configuration Control Item, Preece/Aerol Inc. is the OEM, Cages 83445, P/N 54068, Critical Application Item, Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Locations: New Cumberland, PA, or Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, Other than Full or Open (10 U.S.C.2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1), Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation, A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
