- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Class “A” contiguous professional, fully serviced office space in a quality building of sound construction. Ground floor space will be considered. For upper floor space serviced by an elevator, the elevator service must consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for the government. One of the accessible elevators must be available for use as a freight elevator. Office space must be accessible on a 24/7 unrestricted basis. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,449 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 1,260 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A total of 6 parking spaces must be provided, 2 of which must be secure, reserved spaces for government owned vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 8/1/2009. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of the City of Montgomery, AL. North Boundary: Highway 64- Ware Ferry/Highway 231-Eastern Boulevard South Boundary: Vaughn Road East Boundary: Highway 64- Ware Ferry- Old Pike West Boundary: Perry Hill Road- Dairada Road The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility.
