- This is an unrestricted acquisition for the procurement of Lightweight Inflatable Decontamination Systems (LIDS). The intent of the solicitation is to request prices for two (2) National Stock Numbers that are cataloged in the Federal Stock Class (FSC) 8145 and part numbered to Wel-Fab Incorporated, Cage Code: 5V084. The solicitation will be for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items IAW FAR 13.5. The IDPO shall have a term of two years and a total dollar threshold not to exceed $5,500,000.00. The required delivery schedule is forty five (45) days ADO for all items. The Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data for the solicited items. Copies of the solicitation can be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP's". A search may be conducted on a number of data elements. Run search and choose the RFP you wish to view and download. RFP’s are in Portable Document Format (PDF), so in order to access these documents you will need to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available for free at http://www.adobe.com. The solicitation will be posted on the referenced website no sooner than December 08, 2008 and will remain open for seven (7) calendar days.
