Description: This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Diagnosys Systems for the acquisition of Non-personal services for the maintenance and repair of four Pinpoint Testers. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular Current to: FAC 2005-27, Effective: 17 Oct 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0605. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award. Line Item Description: CLIN 1001 (Option Year) - non-personal annual services contract for the maintanance and repair of four pinpoint testers P/N: P2-14144, S/N: DIAG 32363, S/N: DIAG 32300, S/N: DIAG 32361, and S/N: DIAG 32362 in accordance with the attached statement of work.
