- Site orientation attendance must be required. Schedule has not decide after 12 Dec 08. Site orientation will be held on this month. If you interested in this requirement and can be attend our site orientation feel free to contact Hiroshi Yoshikawa (Mr.), E-mail Address: hiroshi.yoshikawa.jp@yokota.af.mil, Tel: 042-552-3014 (inside of Japan), 011-81-42-552-3014 (Outside of Japan). Attached floor plan's dimensions are not rightness. Therefore necessary to measurement of the site for your offer products. Four (4) requirements are related for this site orientation, solicitation number and RFQ numbers are bellow; FA5209-09-T-0044: for Laboratory Furniture FA5209-09-T-FRNT: Front Desk and Hallway FA5209-09-T-CFWS: Conference room and Work Stations FA5209-09-T-CHAI: Lab Chairs and Office Chairs The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions, and applicable Japanese Laws (Inc. Electric Specifications) and trade practices. NOTE: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Any e-mails sent to this office regarding the solicitation must have the solicitation number in the subject line.
