- The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (GSA/PBS) Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to make an award to American Institute of Architects (AIA), Washington, DC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking Professional Membership in the American Institute of Architect. This membership will allow twenty eight (28) GSA employees access to the resources for licensed architects provided by the AIA. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only once source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 813920. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 4:30 pm., est., Friday, December 19, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
