- U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Edgewood Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, the procurement of the Technical Manual Update to the Detector Chemical Agent Automatic: Ground Mobile, Joint Service Lightweight Standoff Chemical Agent Detector (JSLSCAD) to be developed by Computer Sciences Corporation, Falls Church, Virginia. Under the proposed acquisition, The contractor shall update the existing JSLSCAD Technical Manual to reflect the latest software version and to include changes to existing artwork as needed. The contractor shall also update the manual to reflect the latest technical manual regulations. Award is anticipated in January 2009. The policies and procedures set forth in FAR Part 13 will be used for this procurement. The duration of this effort is five (5) months after contract award. Note 22 applies.
