- SOLICITATION #2008-09TC130 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 08TC804 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and DFARS change notice 20080812. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concern. The NAICS code is 423440 and the size standard is 500 employees. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis, state discount terms and warranty information. The contractor shall provide the following items: Item 0001: QTY: 8 EA, New Age Grooming Table. Main platform to be covered with diamond tread plate aluminum sheet, platform to be 26" off floor, hoop brace to extend 24" above platform on one end and have two holes in each side and one in the top of the hoop, stainless steel eye bolts are provided with the table, ramp to have a solid sheet surface and have anti-slip angles welded on it every 6" for added traction. Item 0002: QTY: 8 EA, Adjustable legs for the New Age Grooming Tables with pins tethered to the table frame. Item 0003: QTY: 8 EA, Accessory Basket for New Age Grooming Table, removable mesh with mesh bottom to hang on end opposite the ramp. Item 0004: QTY: 2 EA, New Age Model Dog Bowl Drying Rack, custom made, built similar to a can rack but to be made for 11"x4" dog bowls, have a center support between each set of slides to support the bottom of the bowl, all welded aluminum construction, 5" polyurethane platform casters (all swivel). Rack #1: 5 rows wide, 3 bowls deep, 11 levels, total capacity of 165 s/s bowls, overall dimensions 63 ½"W x 80"H x 33"D. Item 0005: QTY: 2 EA, New Age Model Dog Bowl Drying Rack, custom made, built similar to a can rack but to be made for 11" x 4" dog bowls, have a center support between each set of slides to support the bottom of the bowl, all welded aluminum construction, 5" polyurethane platform casters (all swivel).
