Description

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a proposal. A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisitions- Neurosciences, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Broadway Services, Incorporated, 3709 East Monument Street, Baltimore, Maryland for full time and part time parking of NIDA employees and contractors. The parking lot is located at Biomedical Research Center, 251 Bayview Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland, 21224. Broadway Services, Inc. currently has an agreement with the Biomedical Research Center, a non-governmental building. This lot is the nearest lot with available spacing for the employees that occupy the building. The period of performance is 12 months with up to 2 additional option years. This is to be firm fixed price under FAR 12. Comments to this announcement, referencing synopsis number NOI828593 may be submitted to the NIDA, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition Branch, 31 Center Drive, Bldg 31, Room 1B59, Bethesda, MD 20892-2080, and Attention: Susan Nsangou, Contracting Officer.
