- This solicitation IQC08326009007 will contain one NSN: 6680-01-114-7623, Transmitter, Liquid. End Item Application/ Weapon System: Army Personnel Carrier. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses; Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources procedures. This item is in accordance with a drawing. Instructions for obtaining access to the drawing (s) will be posted in the solicitation. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 801 each, MAQ: 1602 each; each Option Year EAQ: 801 each, MAQ: 1602 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 98 days ARO. Surge coverage of 15 ea is required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available and will be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is December 23, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
