Description

The Budget Office of the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) require services to: (1) provide one-on-one training and guidance to a budget analyst in preparing the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Survey of Federal Science and Engineering Support to Universities, Colleges, and Non-Profit Institutions, and the Survey of Federal Funds for Research and Development (Surveys); (2) provide assistance and guidance to approximately 58 CSREES National Program Leaders and Program Assistants, 7 Deputy Administrators and 4 budget analysts in the preparation of responses to appropriation hearing questions, and; (3) keep up-to-date a Budget Office Operating Manual which captures all the responsibilities of the Budget Office staff which include budget development, formulation, presentation, and execution narratives, tables, charts, and reports.
