- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing, cleaning and general operation and maintenance services for Dillon Lake, OH. Approximate time will be calendar year 2009 with four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $1,600,000. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and general operation and maintenance services in public use areas of the projects. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors (A) Experience (B) Past Performance; (C) Management Plan; and (D) Equipment. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 13 January 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Dillon Lake,4969 Dillon Dam Rd.,Zanesville, Ohio. For directions please call the project office at 740-454-2225.
