- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia intends to issue a modification to Contract N65540-06-D-0018 with Welin Lambie Limited of West Midlands, United Kingdom to procure Winch Motors for Boat Chock Assemblies on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The estimated quantities of the winch motors to be purchased are 10 each in CY 2009 and 12 each in CY 2010. The current Welin Lambie contract is for the acquisition of single/double point hoist boat davit systems for SHIPALT LHA1-1083K, testing support and training and associated technical data. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 333923. Interested parties may communicate their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within thirty (30) days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contrac! t among responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
