- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking qualified Small Business 8(a) firms to provide subject matter expertise for professional information sharing and collaborations support services to the DHS, Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), Information Sharing and Knowledge Management Division (IM), Information Sharin & Collaboration Branch (IS&C). DHS Intends to award a Time and Materials contract for a base period of 9 months, four (4) one year option periods, and a 3-month transition-out period. Vendors will be invited to attend a meeting with the Contracting Officer and Program Office on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at DHS Headquarters, Washington, DC from 9:00am to 10:30am EST. Due to space constraints, the Government intends to entertain no more than two (2) representatives per 8(a) firm. Contact Ms. Tarasia Remhof at 202-447-5484 or via e-mail at Tarasia.remhof1@dhs.gov no later than 2:00pm EST Tuesday, December 16, 2008 to reserve space for your firm. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference will be to address any vendor questions or concerns regarding any aspect of this RFQ. All questions posed by all vendors and all government responses to those questions will be provided to all vendors in an RFP Amendment.
