- The US Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for the manufacture of one (1) Power Potential Transformer (PPT) for the Main Unit 13 at McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla, Oregon. The PPT shall be dry type, rated 13,80 V wye 690 V delta, 1250 kVA. Solicitation Documents will be available on FedBizOps on or about 12 December 2008. Solicitation is for a firm fixed price supply contract. Solicitation is being posted for Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
