- NSN: 5342-01-183-9533. End Item Application: HELICOPTER, APACHE AH-64 This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Bolt, Expandable. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, and is a 1G item to drawing number 02731 HS5389. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 348 each, Option Year EAQ: 348 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 88 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 05 January 2009. The anticipated award date is 05 May 2009. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
