- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to provide a mechanism for conducting maintenance, modifications and upgrades to existing and new Infrared (IR) systems used by the Airborne Spectral Photometric Environmental Collection Technology (ASPECT) program. This caontract will provide a capability to assist the government in various field tests and data collection programs. This contract will also provide a mechanism to examine, construct and evaluate new systems to enhance the mission of ASPECT.
