- The purpose of this contract is to provide a mechanism for conducting maintenance, modifications and upgrades to existing and new Infrared (IR) systems used by the Airborne Spectral Photometric Environmental Collection Technology (ASPECT) program. This caontract will provide a capability to assist the government in various field tests and data collection programs. This contract will also provide a mechanism to examine, construct and evaluate new systems to enhance the mission of ASPECT. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING PULLED AND WILL BE REPOSTED AFTER FURTHER REVISIONS HAVE BEEN MADE. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
