- This synopsis is issued to have Sanitary Tank #2 cleaned and gas free in accordance with Process Instruction 5931-001A; Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) Cleaning of Sanitary Tank Submarines. Work will be performed at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility Y3A. The Contractor will be required to obtain appropriate security clearance (Red Badge) to work. The Contractor must have an approved QA system; Non-Hawaii Contractors should include a remote site plan. The Contractor must have an ABR/MSRA Certification.
