- This acquisition action is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This acquisition action is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13. Reconditioned or remanufactured equipment is unacceptable and will not be considered for award. One award will be made. The evaluation criterion for award is lowest price, technically, acceptable, responsible offeror. The FAR 6.302-1(c) brand name justification document is included in this included with this announcement. Send a copy of your standard commercial warranty concurrently with your quotation.
