- Amended to correct time proposals were due. The Natural Resources and Conservation Service is seeking a Contractor to provide wetland restoration which includes clearing, grubbing, earthfill, water control structures, structural removal, geocell stream crossing, vegetative measures and construction layout and checkout. This is a sealed bid procurement. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents will be available in electronic format at www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. The dollar range for the project is $500,000 to $1,000,000 and the estimated time for completion is 180 calendar days. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, and SBA size is $31 million. THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Bids submitted by fax or email will not be accepted. All responsible, responsive bids will be considered. Solicitations will be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 19, 2008 and are due January 20, 2009 at 2:30pm local time. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be conducted on January 8, 2009 at 10am at the Immokalee Community Park, Room B located at 321 North 1st Street, Immokalee, FL.
