NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE HONORED. AWARD WILL BE MADE BY GOVERNMENT PURCHASE ORDER ON A BEST VALUE BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEEDURES.
