- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Coastal Services Center, Charleston South Carolina, is issuing notice of intent to negotiate a sole source procurement with ERDAS, Inc., located in Norcross, GA to provide maintenance and support services for existing Imagine software systems. ERDAS, Inc has been indentified as the only authorized supplier of maintenance and support services for Imagine software systems. The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $25M. Interested parties may identify their interest and must provide evidence of their capability to respond to this requirement by 11:00 a.m., EST, on December 21, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses to this notice, if any, must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
