- Description
- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, with Numara Software Inc, 2202 N. Westshore Blvd. Ste 650, Tampa, FL. for the 3 year maintenance of the Numara Footprints, Numara Asset Manager, and Numara Patch Manager. Numara Software, Inc is the only known source that can provide the required maintenance. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded, under the “Other than Full and Open Competition” procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 2:00 PM, December 19, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.
