- NUWCDIV Newport intends to place a sole source fixed price order with L-3 Communications telemetry West, San Diego, CA for the following: 6 each P/N HMP11004850.41; FTR915A1 Flight Termination Receiver/Decoder Electrical Connector. Delivery shall be to NUWC Newport, RI with the first unit after 10 months and the rest at one per month. The basis for the sole source is that this item is proprietary to L-3 Communications and they are the only known source of supply. The actual solicitation will not be made available earlier than 19 December 2008.
