- Amendment #2 The VA San Diego Healthcare System is seeking Healthcare resources, Acupuncture group(s) to provide acupuncture services to VA beneficiaries. The contractor will be required to perform acupuncture services for the VA San Diego Healthcare System at the acupuncturists' office/clinic on a per service basis. Acupuncture group(s) must be located within a 25 mile radius of the VA San Diego Healthcare System at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161, in the north, south, east, and west counties of San Diego. A proposal outside the area will not be considered. The term of the contract will be from the date of award through September 30, 2009 with four (4) one year options to extend. The contractor needs to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), which can be done online at www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621399 (Size Standard is $7 million). This is a full and open competition. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing directed to Stephanie Cruz, Contracting Officer by email at stephanie.cruz@va.gov. No telephone requests will be honored. Any and all question regarding the solicitation must be in writing. The solicitation deadline has been extended to January 6, 2009 at 1400 PST.
